Plan the setting before the effects
Your venue, preferred effects and event plan need to be considered together. Discuss the following points before an arrangement is confirmed.
Effect suitability
Tell us whether the event is indoors or outdoors and describe the space. Ask which effects can be considered for that setting; a product name alone does not establish suitability.
Venue coordination
Share venue restrictions, access arrangements and the proposed entry route. Discuss the review, coordination and permissions needed for your particular event with the relevant parties.
Confirm the event plan
Confirm what is included, who is responsible for each part of the arrangement and how the event moment will be coordinated. This page is a planning checklist, not an equipment operating guide.
